At SETTE Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original SETTE gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
